process

Step 1

Discovery of the project

The client shares the specifications for each drawing, including the number of rendering shots from what area and angles you intend. Also, let us know what materials will be needed to complete it, the preferred time of the day, and any references that help us thoroughly grasp your end goal. Please find reference checklists below.

Reference checklist:

Exterior

Blueprints for site plans, floor plans, and elevations. (CAD files and PDF), Materials and finishes specifications, Background photograph.

Interior checklist:

Floor plans and elevations, sections (CAD file and PDF), materials and finish specifications, interior style, and furniture.

As the most crucial step is to fully understand what our clients are interested in for their interior space, we like to ask our clients about the style and design aesthetics (minimalist, modern, traditional, industrial, Scandinavian, modern farmhouse, etc.) and usage of the place, whether is a new build home, office, restaurant, room, kitchen; so we can have a complete understanding of the project to deliver our 3D design the way our clients like.

If you don’t have the architectural drawings and materials:

If you have the architectural drawings, but you don’t have any design for your renovation, we can help you create your concept design; based on the questions we ask you about your desired style, your preferred colors, and the functionality of your space; we provide a concept design of your place along with a mood board and furniture shopping list (optional). When you confirm this, we can go to the next step and start the rendering process to have a beautiful photorealistic rendering of your property.

Suppose you don’t have any architectural drawings. In that case, we can work with your hand sketching with the measurement of your space along with the photos, or if you don’t have a sketch, we can come and measure your room (If you are in the Vancouver area, Canada; Milan, Italy; Tehran, Iran).

Step 2

To make sure we have everything in order before diving in, we’ll send you a draft, so you can approve the 3D model and camera angles.

Step 3

We’ll add lighter and shadows to the render, incorporate textures and materials, and send you the draft with the watermark “for preview only.”

Step 4

Once you are completely satisfied with the visual and give us the go-ahead, we’ll add the finishing touches to your design by finalizing the details through post-production with the watermark “for preview only” and ask for your feedback.

Step 5

Once you are completely satisfied with the visual and give us the go-ahead, we’ll add the finishing touches to your design by finalizing the details through post-production with the watermark “for preview only” and ask for your feedback.
